Here in s. Fl, every couple of weeks we have sewer lines break and spill into community's and run into the Intercoastal and ocean, that's raw sewerage. It kills so many fish and wildlife and nothing is being done to replace all the pipes, which are being rotted away by salt water. Still waiting for any of the last three presidents to stop talking about repairing this country and gettin to it.

well the states and county's could start fixing the issues if they stop wasting money or parks and so forth. It is common for governments and people of all party's running for office to take about fixing things. But they don't like to "fix" they always like to build shiny new stuff. eye candy.
Take the school building I went to for the first 7 years. It was in bad shape the whole time I was there.Was it ever fixed? No. the county just whined they wanted a new building because the old 1 was falling apart. It was falling apart because they didn't MAINTAIN IT.They create their own problems to some degree.

I was reminded why I voted for President Reagan. Yesterday I went to gas up and in South Florida found long lines waiting to gas up. Many gas stations were out of gas. South Florida, like most of Florida, is not affected by the pipe line that was compromised. Our A...hole governor tried to assure us that hoarding is not logical. People are scared.

I won't argue the point. All I'm saying is that the members that frequent your thread (and not everyone) have usually shot the first barrage. I remember plainly when CC54 several years ago, said something I didn't like about Lix and I jumped up and defended her. He jumped up and gave me hell and told me not to interfere in other people's threads and my response was really worse. The thing is that several other members decided that the best thing to do is to be nasty to me. One of them was scorps when he went under Scorpio. Just Will did the same and others. Maybe Jamie. I understand I make people even madder, but my take on these people are accurate.
