Very interesting! You, cody8789 and ME TOO were all blacklisted by TexyLexy just hours ago. I've never interacted with her, I do not believe that she participates I in the forum, so in my mind, being blacklisted does not make sense. Whatever. My remedy for this was to blacklist her back, let people that visit her profile know that she was blacklisted, too.

My homeowners ins. Jumped from 5800 to 7200, I heard a lot of people down here are dropping there coverage because they can't afford it. That's not to smart because of the Hurricanes we get down here but what can you do. I'll just have to keep street hustling to make sure I keep my ins. Up.

Does that $7200.00 for home owner's insurance on your house also cover fire, theft, wind, if someone gets injured while on your property, etc.? Yes, that is one terrible price to pay per year for home insurance. I'm sorry. :o( Even the $5800.00 was too expensive.

It's because of all the Hurricanes we get and all the people that make claims, Last hurricane took out my pool screaning and frame, and a new roof which costed me 38000.00 which ins. Covered 37000.
