@ Andthisisme. There was a little sarcasm when I made the response to Administration. But I don't believe that personally I am a "key" member. I am just the other half to an amazing woman who I would call a key member. Members don't flock to our page to see me. And in response to Administration, we haven't eaten any members yet. Although we would like to. And we have never intimidated less dominant members. We only fuck with the two that refer to themselves as "The Game". The few that think the site would die and go poof if their asses left. So in our situation, until we get to eat some members or cause any trouble with anyone other the "The Game". We will take it as a compliment.

I hope I didn't cause offence, that was not my intention, I am just curious as to who or what a key member is and can only be guided by admin's comments. Perhaps one that he wishes that he hadn't made now.
So from your comment here, I take it that you would say that a member who had lots of visitors to their site, like your partner, would be a key member.

The term ‘key members’ I initially took as meaning members who admin saw as being important and was a compliment, clearly CountryCouple54 took that to be the meaning as well. Whereas if you read the two comments by admin there is actually quite a negative tone to his comments on ‘key members’ “they tend to eat each other and intimidate less dominant people’. That is clearly not a compliment.
I did wonder at one point whether Diamond membership was a criteria for being a ‘key member’ but after admin’s comments I discarded that thought.

I thought (and I still do) that paying members get more consideration. I understand the business aspect, but, I believe that some of these members are starting to cost the site members that leave for a friendlier site. Just today I found out about a very popular member who makes the site interesting, is thinking of quitting because she's so harassed. I don't think that is what the site should be about. Perhaps, admin realized that.

Hmmmmm.....how do you measure popularity? Perhaps the better question would be how does she measure her popularity?

Members may say that they decided to leave for a "friendlier" site but I'm not so sure that that is true.

To be honest I have always found this to be an extremely friendly site, and never recieved any abusive or offensive messages or comments, and only 1 or 2 deliberately unkind comments.

I am not sure what a friendlier site would be like.

Members do need to realise that relationships are only built up on here by playing an active part and interacting with other members. There are so many men that if a member does not make themselves known they can easily be overlooked. Maybe being overlooked was the friends problem.
