I was seeing on the news of cities Seattle Portland San-Francisco, Los Angeles is running an epidemic of plagues that have resurfaced from human excrement on the streets and in the parks of each city.

You bring attention to these plights of the citizenry but you never offer a solution. The poor have no choice and stamping out poverty in 6 weeks is impossible, but, port-a-toilets in areas where the homeless congregate could be a solution.
