Duh more folks are walking around with the virus that has remained dormant for weeks. If you stayed locked down for a year,the host could carry the virus and keep it alive and mutating until lockdown is over.
IF your grades are really good,then there are Pell Grants,scholar ships and student loans you can get.
Not to mention community college,that is alot cheaper,most of the time has courses related to local industry needs.

A signing bonus is great, but entirely different. To offer people $50.00 for an interview is like saying, "c'mon in, I'm going to pay you $50.00 just to talk to you." That sounds like easy money. What's to say that I get there for my interview, for which I will be paid $50.00. They explain what my duties would consist of, tell me that my starting pay is "x" and then I decide that the job is not for me. I can't imagine a McDonald's interview lasting longer than 30 minutes and I've been paid $50.00 for my time.
