Son of a bitch! I forgot to try the salt and olive oil on ice cream again.
Also is it something that is put on the Pizza before or after its cooked
Taco pizza as they call it around here has lettuce on it.Not to bad, i pass by it at the buffet for something else usually.
For example, I used to live in a different state, it was a while back, so I'm not sure if its because of state, or things have changed with time.
So lettuce is part of a kabab, originally it was served fresh not toasted.
Where I live now the default is to serve toasted, you have to specify fresh, toasted ruins the lettuce & the Lebanese bread, I think that's what it is called, the stuff they wrap it in, also get ruined in my opinion

This is why my dad spent a lot of money on his new roof for his house.

I have the deepest admiration for you bloke & you make me laugh all at the same the same time.
You are the only active member that I would call as an "outsider" within Grannies #610414 forum thread " NEW STUFF, OLD STUFF, ANY STUFF III" that she has claimed as her own.
The primary forces there seem to be yourself, Saggy, Leo & the Dutch Man. with cameo appearances from just a few other members.
Saggy & Leo like to give you a good slap around, the Dutchman holds no punches & likes to slap you all around from time to time 🤭
I have no gripe with the Dutchman, we have had dramas with each other in the past, but we have got over that & have a understanding with each other now, seems like a lot of members here don't like the guy but I do.
I also have no gripe with Leo, I know he is not liked by many here, but personally I have had no problem with him.
So getting onto what I wanted to say about you phart, you get slapped around, beaten down, you just get up, dust of & off you go again, your a man of strong constitution, true of heart & soul, I don't care what anyone says & you WILL not stand for anyone that tries to take any of that from you, fuck man don't stop, your awesome.
I know there are others here (including myself) that would like to join you & fight along side you in your single handed war against oppression, but most of us are blocked by the Saggy & we can't.
I follow you there numerous times logged out every day & you have my full support bloke
You are a man with a spine! Have a great day.
I have just been shoved around and beat down my whole life by school kids, co workers, the government when i was fighting for disablity, and etc. But I can't help but wonder where i would be had I not dusted myself off and got back up all these years.
Air friers:

This type of one has been around for donkeys now, I like to call it a shake & bake, to get any type of constancy in cooking, especially if you have a bit of gear in it you have to keep pulling the draw out & give it a good shake.
We bought one a while back & really only used it a few times, keeping a eye on it, having to shake it, especially while watching tv having a few drinks, cooking up some chips or something would often forget to get up & shack the thing, leaving a meal with a in-constant cooking. Cleaning was also a pain.
We moved on from one of these types a while back now to a upright one, resembling a small conventional oven, it had a failure with its rotating basket, but still use it to make jerky & stuff but replaced it with one of these little beauties.

This thing is the shit, has a rotisserie in it so you can cook a smaller chicken on it, as a fan forced convection oven or using its air fryer function, larger birds can go on a baking tray & use the fan forced convection oven function.
A rotating basket that you can more or less chuck anything in that you would normally deep fry, has a tray to air fry meats into yummy jerky to whatever you desirer including frying of fruit & veg, if that's your thing.
Immediate heat up times & cooking times compared to a regular convection oven are minimal, saving money on energy.
A snap to clean, in fact we only have a small kitchen & would like a dishwasher, at some time soonish our regular convection oven will be replaced with a dishwasher, we haven't turned it on once since having these little air fryers.
They are small, sure, but if we have people over & need to cook a larger amount of food, we simply spark up the BBQ.
We get a fair amount of hail storms in Alberta and they really fuck up your roof and siding. My dad had his roof done about 10 years ago and I think the shingles were slate, but I’m not sure. He pays less for hail damage insurance and his neighbours on both sides have since installed the same shingles.

We’re expecting a storm here in s fl. Next week, still not sure how strong it will be, depending on how warm the water is and it’s the hottest it’s ever been.
Maybe what they have been telling us for years & no one listened is starting to unfold 🤷♀️
Maybe can get a discount on the tools... oh wait. Is Sears even around these days? Didn't they sell of their Craftsman line years ago?
I know his pension was sinking faster than the Titanic did... had to be bailed out! I wonder if he disclosed his criminal past on his application?
I am no expert, but from the little I understand of it you might call it "shingles" (even seen a lot of it even on modern buildings on our recent trip over there) made from different types of materials, like little squares of stuff that are nailed to you trusses & overlap each other preventing moisture to enter the roof cavity, similar to what we call tiles but much different.
What I am guessing is the they would be in varying life spans depending on the types of materials they are made from, assuming the cheaper ones would have a lesser lifespan, but at the end of the day it seems that this type of roofing has an expendable life then ripped of & totally & replaced at some point at a big expense, its seems ludicrous to me 🤷♂️
We have 2 basic roof coverings over here, one is tin, more or less, one is tiles.
Our tiles are more or less concrete plates, only registered users can see external links they last about 30 years, then needing restoration, they just need to be re-pointed, concrete stuff on the tips, water blasted & repainted then good to go for another 30 years at a cost for about 5k for a average sized home.
The other common type of roofing is tin, or commonly know as Colourbond only registered users can see external links it also goes of a bit after 30 years & can be also restored at roughly the same price as our tiles 🤷♂️
Barrel roof tiles are rounded, semi-cylindrical tiles that complement old-world architecture, such as Spanish and Mediterranean styles. When they're installed on your roof, one tile faces up while the next tile faces down, creating an interlocking pattern that is attractive and durable.
Seems to be overly complicated & probably quite brittle by looks 🤷♀️
I was never a roofer but I did spend some time in the building trades, I know in QLD for example our houses have to be built to withstand cyclone to a degree, a certain code, there are various ways they do that with tie downs, bracing in the corners of walls & other things, there are certain specs for roofing as well that I am not 100% sure on, but on a tin roof at least the screws holding the stuff on are much longer that in other states, maybe that's another reason you don't see shingles here, I would suspect the integrity of the shingle against cyclone would be very poor.
So that makes me wonder, do you see shingled roof's in places like Florida 🤷♀️
We have crocodiles here as you would know, not so much down this way, they could survive here though, Australia Park **** is not to far from me, the late Steve Irwin's place, but last night here for example it got down to 2deg C, so probably to cold for them to live in the wild.
Further north they are everywhere, almost in plague proportions, they were hunted to near extinction for their skins but become protected a long time ago & unlike Florida for example that has gator season, which I think is a good idea to try & keep numbers down, we have no such thing here.
A really good ambush predator & they help to keep the number of tourists down from time to time, they tend to enjoy eating Asians mostly 🤭, getting withing 6 feet of any body of water, up at say Cairns for example, the possibly is you will be eaten alive 🐊
Watch that first step!
