He downloaded the screenshot after he trashed my gallery and was/is bragging about it.

I, too, traced the cell phone number and the above is the information I got. The sender is obviously a woman and is associated with the Veteran’s Administration in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. I also know one member who is associated with the VA and is a friend of Skittles, but, more important, she hates my guts. That member is AngelofDeath.
It’s all circumstantial but I don’t believe in coincidences. Especially with all the innuendos made by Sir-Skittles, AngelofDeath, and Pitbull about messages sent to my family.
