I'm listening to sports talk and there is an interesting discussion on sports betting/****. Currently, in the state of Michigan, sports **** is not legal and betting is done through a bookie.
In your state or your country, do you feel that sports betting/**** should be legal?
Betting/ something that only shows in symbols.
I feel like it is a waste of time and money and puts alot of people in a state of need. But they would be in that state of need regardless if it was legal or ill-gel so may as well regulate it and let the state make some taxes off it.
There was a band of indians wanting to build another casiono not far from here.I say go for it. It would keep the money in our state instead of it going out of state and would provide jobs. The fools that gamble, oh well, as long as they stay off welfare let them ruin themselves.
Are you Canadian's so open minded that you feel free enough that you "shoot your wad" at the table? What time of the day suits you? Breakfast, lunch or dinner?
Bellas ask, way up the thread, "How do you feel about casinos?"
Bring em on.I have never had a gun held to me forceing me to go into 1.But i know alot of folks that pay alot of money to go on vacation to spend their money in casinos out of state. So why not keep the jobs and the money in my own state? The folks are going to waste their money anyway,so it may as well help their neighbors as in providing jobs and taxes for the roads and bridges and schools.
I must admit,i have heard about the buffet bars to!
Casinos and on track betting I really have no problem with but online **** is a true social menace.
So much TV sport in the UK is sponsored by online **** companies and they also sponsor some major football (soccer) teams. Watching a match the **** company is encouraging you to vote online at every opportunity. We really should have legislation to limit that.
After much pressure the government limited how much a person could bet on one 'spin' of a **** machine in a betting shop to £2 ($2.60) a spin, it had previously been £100 ($130).
I wouldn't ban betting but I would make it far more difficult to do, especially online.
Bella, if you're gambllng, blowing your wad refers to betting all the chips or money you have the table is a gaming table, not the dining room table. Although, for the record I've bet all of my money at a gaming table AND jerked off at the dining room table! Both ended happily.
WE do, in a number of major cities and maybe elsewhere. There was a time maybe 10 years ago when the government was thinking about allowing more Casinos in the hope of creating our own 'Las Vegas' but the plan to bring the necessary didn't come to fruition.
What we do also have is a plethora of betting shops on the high street that are these days packed with the slot machines I was talking about.
Do you not have Betting shops on your town/city streets?
In the UK these are small shop units that initially probably served the need for of course betting on horses and greyhounds but today I think you can bet on anything at all.
No betting establishments in Michigan, casinos, yes. We have some shops that operate probably, just this side of breaking the law.
There's a "video cafe" next door to my manicure/pedicure place I do business with. At the cafe, you go in and exchange your money for credit(s) which are placed on a card. From there you can sashay to the back and can play any video game you choose. You may gain "credit" or lose "credit" and when you are finished having fun, you can choose to take your "credit" card home and return for another day of fun OR cash your "credit" out and redeem it in the form of a gift card which would be useable/spendable with a number of "big name" merchants.
I don't sports bet, sometimes I will play street numbers and I enjoyed going to horse racing, there was betting there. This radio conversation was a result of Indiana (a nearby state) passing a law that will allow sports betting. There's a ho-lotta sports betting going on in Las Vegas however I am not aware of any of our 50 states where sports betting is legal.
The state of Florida has jai alai, horse racing, casinos, and until recently, dog racing. It also has several lottery games. What it doesn’t have is betting parlors.
Wow. We have a whole range of companies that have betting shops on our streets. As I said, horse and greyhound racing were probably the sports that initiated these but today betting on Premier league football(soccer) is big business as well as those sports.
I didn't realise that sports betting was not legal in the U.S.
I've never been to a bookie in my 70 yrs, but, I've always had this idea of a barber shop with a rear door that goes into this betting room. Has anyone ever been into something like this?
I read an interesting news article on my phone. It was about a man who exposed his genitalia to two young children while they were inside the restaurant. The police were called however when they arrived, the man was gone, he left in a white car. Through review of the surveillance tape, the police were able to determine the identity of the man and obtained an arrest warrant. This is what I found interesting, the man was charged with two counts of child molestation.
So apparently, molestation is not only a physical act.
That will be a court battle for sure! I am sure there are alot of things he could be charged with and it stick well, but he never "Touched" them. So I don't see molestation. Looks like a good way to let a crook go by stupidity because of a loop hole and wrongful charge.
There was a case on the Steve wilkose show were a man offered money to a 12 year old boy and a 12 year old girl to have sex while the man filmed it and I suspect there will be a child pornography charge brought fourth even though the 12 year olds were smart enough to say no
So, what it says is this, (this is a copy and paste);
"The National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect defines child sexual assault as: "Contacts or interactions between a child and an adult when the child is being used for sexual stimulation of the perpetrator or another person when the perpetrator or another person is in a position of power or control over the victim." Sexual abuse has been defined to include inappropriate physical contact, making a child view sexual acts or pornography, using a child in making pornography, or exposing an adult's genitals to a child."
"The following is an example of a state statute dealing with sexual molestation:
A person commits the offense of child molestation when he or she does any immoral or indecent act to or in the presence of or with any child under the age of 16 years with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of either the child or the person."
Based on the statute, this offence is clearly "child molestation".
That is so interesting, naively I assumed molestation would have to involve physical contact.
I assume that if there is a conviction that it is then when the nature/severity of the child molestation is taken into account and an appropriate sentence handed down.
Yes, my thought process was identical to yours. It is apparent that our laws encompass intent, therefore exposing yourself to a young child is considered child molestation and perpetrators are subject to severe punishment.
How embarrassing is it to know you are a member of this site, and the face of the site is a walrus. I would think that most new members would run for the hills seeing this.
What I find unusual is, with a site that admin has identified as being predominantly men, gay and bi, WHY? would membership vote ANY female be a representative of the site.
Weeks ago, a SYD member grumbled about having a woman's picture at the top of his page.
Hmmmmmmmmmm........what constitutes "showing your cunt" ?
Is it showing some pubic hair above the top of the panty or the crotch panel of the woman wearing the panty? There are several pictures that in my opinion, do not meet the criteria for being uploaded on the "cunt" page.
Here is my suggestion, why not look at hotpussy's cunt if she hasn't blacklisted you. She, Charlie, Gerome and the other guy, seem to think it's USDA CHOICE.
Just as there are guys who post photos in their undies there is a place for photos of women in panties on SYC, as some men do like to see that sort of photo. However, to me, showing your cunt means that the women displaying her vulva unobscured by clothing or anything else. However there is no need for any gynaecological or positioning.
Yes, I agree, clothing should NOT obscure the view of the "dick" or the "cunt" because if it is, you're not "showing" anything.
And yes, there "is a place" on the site for underwear/lingerie pictures. Members like to upload them because other members like to view bulges, camel toes, etc. It is unfortunate that there is not a specific category for those types of pictures to remove any confusion.
I have just looked at categories for males and there appears to be one that I had not noticed before, I am not sure how long it has been there, ‘underwear / bulges’. Is there anything similar for women that has been added Recently?
Haha! If you say SYD members have an underwear/bulge category, cool, cool, cool!
SYC members do not have a lingerie category, the categories we do have available are "artistic", "asses", "BDSM", "miscellaneous", "not categorized" "piercings" "pussies" OR "tits".
I would upload lingerie pictures under "artistic", "miscellaneous" or "not categorized" because the other categories are self explanatory.

gamb-ling is a bad word here! Really?

Goddamned dislexic autocorrect.

And cunt fur is NOT a cunt pic.. need lips and other cunts parts. My opinion
"Prime beef is produced from young, well-fed beef cattle."
Did you notice that the qualifying word is YOUNG. Your old ass is old, plain and simple.
