When it comes up,as in the picture downloading to the sight, I had to share my sunday meal, I wanted a burger,but the combos at local chains are just to priecy and greasey.
So I went to the local fish camp. Yep, I went to a fish place to get a hamburger.
6.99 plus tax.tea 1.45 extra.
about the same as a micky d's thing and much tastier and a quite comfy dinning experience.

I was headed to wally world this morning to get some paint and mt dews and there was this long line of police cars flying up the 4 lane with lights flashing and sirens whalling,didn't know what the heck was going on.
Wound up they all pulled into walmarts.
The police had kids with them and they all went in and the police and deputys were buying toys and clothes for the kids. Not all the cops are bad. I know I am disappointed some times in some of thems smarts but today I saw some doing good.

I'm not familiar with the Claxton fruit cake but generally speaking, I can enjoy a cup of GOOD eggnog and a slice of GOOD fruitcake during this time of year. It's kinda like turkey and sage dressing tastes good in November.

Claxton has been the standard for this part of the country for a long time but it seems they are harder to find lately than they used to be. Not so dry like other brands.
My aunt makes a fruit cake each year for Christmas and it is alot of work and alot of different items to buy but OH IS IT GOOD!
Egg nog, yes I love it, but it is so expensive this year. I may get me 1 quart closer to the "day" but Unless it goes on clearance I doubt I will buy much this year.

And Publix is a major grocery store in the southern USA. I'm sure that in the 4plus months that I'm in Florida, I will want to shop at a bonafide grocery store. Yes, Walmart Super Centers have everything a person could want, from food to firearms (wink, wink) but if they are like the Michigan centers, the produce department SUCKS! I also do not think highly of their meat area, either!
