There should be no "free" chargers.
If you drive a gas car ,you have to buy fuel, which in turn means you are paying taxes as well as the cost of the fuel.
But if you go to starbucks and charge for free, no tax income to the government, and the coffee drinkers that drive a gas car or have to take a bus, are paying for the free charge of the electric car.
Nope, should not be allowed. I think it is radical to remove the free chargers, simple set them up as parking meter type things and make money from them.

to ban contraception too. Maybe they would also ban sterilization.
If that is in the works, I would get a sterilization before they do and hope
