Considering the ACTUAL percentage of black folks in the United States, it's OBVIOUS to me at least, that the BULK of the racial strife currently being perpetuated in our society, stems from white people. Why?

That whole "systemic racism", "white privilege", "white supremacist", "white fragility", and SO many more similar buzz words/narratives were started by and continue to be touted by, white people! Why?
A well respected, educated American black man, recently stated that, in HIS effort to try to understand why SO MANY "white people" jump on board with those rather ignorant narratives. He concluded that it must be "white guilt".
I, personally, believe he hit the nail on the head.
Many individuals believe in them "polls" and cling onto them dearly. Well, it was recently stated that BLACK LIVES MATTER (the group) is polling more FAVORABLY than EVERY politician in Washington D.C., our military, police, even the Pope.
That being said, the reality of it is, Black Lives Matter is a marxists group with very sinister people behind the scenes. Including a known prosecuted terrorist that was pardoned by none other than Bill Clinton. An organization that's ALSO being used to funnel money into the Democrat coffers.
THINK about that for a moment!
Forgive me for citing a particular political party, I know you prefer to primarily avoid those discussions, but it is the truth. I think I read 70% of ALL the funding to BLACK LIVES MATTER, from many many well known Corporations, i.e. Nike (I know, there's a shocker), Bank of America, Pepsi, T-Mobile, numerous sports franchises, etc. go right to the D party.
Have you seen the groups mission statement, agenda, goals!?
They are pretty unnerving to a normal person...
Black Lives Matter is a FRAUD, and according to the polling, they are succeeding! Why?

I firmly believe that a vast majority of the problems in our society stem from the home. The fact that so many blindly excuse self control and personal responsibility, and the lack of teaching those principles to their children. The constant blaming AND acceptance that it's always someone else's fault as to why people are bad. The INSISTENCE of taking personal responsibility and control of one's own actions, destiny, is just TOO much to demand from our society. The whole mess could EASILY be solved by one very simple statement...

What are potential explanations for this drastic increase? First, the number of crimes increased during the 1970s and 1980s, leading to an increased number of criminals to be punished. Advances in policing strategy and technology may have improved the efficiency of police, helping them to improve their “catch” rate. Lastly, state and federal governments introduced a series of get-tough sentencing strategies which greatly increased the probability and length of incarceration.
Criminologists Steven Raphael and Michael Stoll’s in-depth analysis reveals that the recent prison population boom was largely driven by tougher sentencing and post-release supervision policies, instead of actual changes in individuals’ criminal behavior.
First, they find that the average length of incarceration for each type of offense substantially increased. (For example, the average length of incarceration for **** increased by 74 percent, assault by 40 percent and larceny by 48 percent between 1984 and 1998.)
Tougher sentencing laws led to increases in the length of prison sentence and the actual time served by inmates. Many state governments replaced their indeterminate sentencing system, in which judges had greater discretion on the length of sentences, by usually-more-strict determinate sentencing, in which a pre-determined formula computes the recommended length of sentences based on the severity of current offense and prior criminal records. Also, many states introduced “truth-in-sentencing” laws which required criminals to serve at least 85 percent of their sentence before becoming eligible for parole, which greatly reduced the probability of early prison release.
