It's our responsibility to provide them jobs that suit their level of mental development,

It is past time to ditch dei and allow employers to be able to hire the most qualified person for the job without fear of repercussions. It is called hiring by merit. is the employee worth the money? can they do the job? Will they do the job?
Any employer can reject a minority applicant who isn't the best candidate, provided the decision isn't based on their race (and assuming no other applicable discrimination law is violated). It's easy for the employer to argue that someone isn't the best candidate, and it is incredibly difficult for an applicant to prove that they were denied because of their race.
Do you have evidence that the contractors receiving those contracts were less qualified because they were minority-owned, and that their minority status caused the substandard work? It's not evidence to say; here was one minority centered contractor that failed, because contractors are fucking up ALL the time, and lots of them have white management.
When I see the parade of absolute numbskulls that Trump is hiring, while firing
highly competent black people and women, you have to make better arguments, because there is now DEI for STUPID WHITE PEOPLE.

Even though I much like this creation, I still think we should discuss where to draw a line between free speech and what should and shouldn't be allowed, relating to the use of people's identity and political speech. I think this is crossing a line.
