Just to point out that 3 years ago my average electric bill was 35 dollars a month now just using 5kwh more and my bill is now 257.86

A trip to the grocery store this morning was a expensive trip for sure.
A premade salad, normally when they are on clearance on monday mornings they are around 2.40 or so, today ,over 4 dollars CLEARANCE priced! Same fucking salads I was buying a couple months ago for around 2.40. savings at that time on clearance was around .75 cent .Smaller savings of .68 cent on todays prices.
NO reason for the food to be higher,it is summer and produce is plentiful.
gas has went up .50 cent a gallon in a month,i just checked the charts. WHY? NO good reason
