This could be true but it's a big assumption. If this is true then that is true. Insert "probably" between can and vote. There are two distinct parts to your statement.
Rioting and voting. Lets take voting first. What the fuck scares you so much about distance voting? Are you afraid it would make it easier to vote for Biden? It can't be vote fraud. Even republicans have said it would be minimal.
