skies were cloudy and there was a brief thunderstorm
in my upstate NY region.

Its maximum full eclipse peaked around
20:21:24 UTC (around or about 4:30ish pm EST where I am)
and lasted for about 1hr, 43 minutes.
Total duration for the event was just a little bit
over 6hrs.

Those who watched it have posted some beautiful pics
online in social media circles.

yeah l don't think hiding their gender will help them in the future, l do believe in diversity with the sexes and there are effeminate men and butch women, but l don't see why hiding who you side with should be an issue..

It makes me angry that parents are raising their kids in a bubble. That they're teaching them that bad things don't happen in the world & everyone gets a trophy for trying. Instead of teaching them real life skills that are going to help them survive in the adult world, they're teaching them to be offended when someone calls them a gender that they don't claim. Depends where those kids live. The video clip you saw (or didn't see...) is from Scandinavia. There, the scene is different from Australia.
