The first is about frogs.

I go to a lot of concerts and when I use the crowded men's room in stadiums I sure do stand back more and if someone next to me wants to look they certainly can. If they do it's just a surreptitious look and if I can sneak a peek in I will.
My phone has this feed, it's probably something that I unknowingly chose, but I get a number of feeds that seem to be something I would find in a rag magazine. Today, there's a bit about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrating her 37th birthday. They are photographed and somehow, someone was able to determine that Harry has a hole in the sole of his shoe. Gimme a break! Who gives a rat's ass?

Of course I'd be at the gym and the pool swinging my meat every day too.

in sci-fi horror movies ever!
It caught my attention and made me smile.
I don't do a lot of profile browsing here, but that one definitely made me check his page out.

Manufactured by Mattel, the name of the toy line is
known as "Hot Wheels".
Most of us played with them since way back then.
Their die-cast toy cars are still made to this day.
is quite an amusing hobby. Entertaining, and amusing.
The search for holy grails, rare items, and unique
specimens; and the money and time invested in such
hobbies, is crazy enough to make folks wonder if
collector So-n-so ever gets laid or even has a life. lmao
For a while I used to collect Japanese toy robots
of my favorite classic 70s and 80s anime giant
robot characters.
Sites like Robot-Japan, and CollectionDX highlight
members collections. Lotsa high-end robot toys
from vintage to modern. Many of those specimens
rake in lotsa money in the aftermarket among hardcore
Collector communities who specifically collect items
in that toy genre.
Other collectors do it for the sentimental value of
reminiscing their childhood years when such toys
from the Japanese cartoon shows were in the market.
In any case, I had to take a break from that hobby
as it was too expensive to maintain and keep up with.
The hobby still thrives to this day.
I still have some of my toy robots, someday I'll
post new pics of my collection in a site gallery
so visitors can view my collection.
You may have seen the two robots in my SYD page. lol
My SYD username originates from one of my favorite
robot characters.
As for someone posting my photo on their profile, I have issues with that. I haven't copywritten my photos but you can assume that they are mine and not to be used without permission.
This is what each and every member sees each time they upload a picture. The writing is in RED and it is a reminder or "warning" posted by admin. He writes;
"1. Posting photos of nude people under 18 years old is a criminal offence in most of countries, even if those are photos of your own body.
2. Posting nude photos of other people without their consent is a criminal offence in many countries too. No joking, you can go to prison for that. "Revenge porn" laws, identity theft laws and copyright laws are applicable.
So post only your own photos or photos of people you have their explicit permission to post, all should be over 18 years old at the moment of shooting."
So it is clear to me that posting nude images of another person without their consent is against the law and in my pea head, that basically addresses violation of copyright laws. Now here is MY dilemma, if someone posts an internet picture and indicates that this is an impressive schlong or my favorite porn star, they, the member, is not claiming to own the pictures so I do not vote to delete them and I will freeze the voting in order to contact the member because the voting members always want a pound of flesh. Just MY opinion, the rules administered for uploading internet pictures should be consistent for ALL members regardless of their status, but it is not. So, if a referral of copyright infringement or as we've been seeing them come through recently as "DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR" I kinda factor in how long they have been a member AND whether they claim the picture to be of them. I will admit, I'm tough on new members and hold them to the site rules. I probably will not reach out to them and request that they remove the internet picture.
Now, MY opinion on pirating (aka stealing) a picture of another member, I will vote to delete someone, in a heartbeat, if they upload and credit themselves by using a picture of another member. I'm not going to contact them and ask them to remove the picture because they should know better.
Which brings to mind this concern, in your opinion, whose responsibility is it to ask the member to remove a picture in question?
I had a situation once where a long term member stole my photo and claimed (didn't state that it was mine) it was his. I was pissed off but it got resolved without deleting this long term member.
I stated just recently that I think that on the abuse panel, the person who makes the complaint should always PM the offender and state that they have done that and what time it was done. That way any member could see that the PM was sent at "12:00" and since it's now 1:30 and the member was on the site at 12:30 and the photo is still there I can assume that he saw the PM and did nothing about it so I would delete them. If they haven't been on line since the PM was sent I would not delete because the member hasn't seen the PM yet and I can tell that by the time stamps.
I think new members deserve ONE warning.
Do you think admin should make it mandatory that the reporting member reach out and notify the offender first? And if so, how long should the potential reporting member wait prior to making their report official?
I know there are many who feel immediate deletion is the best route but it is beneficial to this site to have more members, not fewer. These people are potential customers.
As everyone knows, some people just don't read the rules so for that reason I would cut them some slack. ONCE.
My main concern is to not delete every new member who commits an infraction. More eyeballs on any web site is beneficial to it.
How that comes about is up to the site owner.
See, there's no "right way"
But revenge porn, under@ge porn and identity theft are listed in criminal code in most countries. It's not just slap on your hand, it's prison time, potentially. Revenge porn was recently added in most of countries and many people are not even yet aware it is a crime, but it often is. And personally I consider it disgusting even if it was not a crime.
Therefore I tend to look through my fingers if someone posts worn-off overused Internet images just to post them as in "look guys these pics are great". 999 times out of 1000 copyright owners do not care about such usage and in 1 out of 1000 they will file DMCA notice and I will remove those images - problem solved. But members who post their own pics get annoyed when someone posts Internet pics and occupy main page blocking people with genuine pics. So I let you report, decide and delete such members unless they are paid members. I can't really let you delete paid members - it's me who will be suffering from chargebacks, not you. Does not mean I ignore such reports on paid members completely. I may delete those images, I may talk to the members, I may do nothing, depending on what and how that member posts.
But I both can't and don't want to allow or encourage members to commit real crimes here.
Where I was going with this is the other day there were two referrals going made by two separate reporting members, against two different members. One offense was an internet picture, the other was a member posting a picture of a member who was featured on the Popular Page. As I mentioned, I am NOT "forgiving" and will vote to delete members who presumably steal and post pictures of SYD/SYC members af if they are theirs. But I also voted to delete the other referral. It was a new member who posted an internet picture and if I recall correctly, I believe there was only 1 or 2 additional pictures beyond that. In that matter, I voted to delete but there were several lenient members that voted NO ABUSE and posted additional thoughts like; "did you ask him to delete it" and "he should be given a warning".... I guess I'm wondering aloud, who do those members believe the responsibility falls upon? Is it the responsibility of the reporting member or of them, the person who does not support the the banning of the reported member?
Before going straight to the Star Chamber and demanding account deletion, the reporting member should at least make contact with the "thief" and voice their objections. Give them a chance to fix the problem first. It seems like a reasonable and polite thing to do. If they don't comply with your request, then refer them to the panel.

If they blacklist you for trying to be polite, then fuck 'em. Who wants to deal with that kind of asshole anyway?
In some situations, I have voted NO ABUSE and indicate that I will contact the member requesting that they edit their gallery and "Freeze" the voting.

As for a member adding the comment; "did you ask the member to delete it?", the reporting member could not see that comment so......that goes back to my original question, is there a responsibility to reach out and attempt to settle the matter in a friendly way. And if there is responsibility, where does the responsibility fall?
I think I've been pretty clear here over the years that I am not a fan of the Star Chamber. I understand why it exists, but far too often it is misused by members for petty revenge or because they just don't "like" a certain picture.
(I was once referred to the Star Chamber for posting a joke pic I made of a rubber rat and a dildo--because someone posted a "rat my dick" thread, and I remember a member up for deletion because he posted a photo of an ad for sneakers!)
In the time I have been here, I have only referred one member, and that was because he was posting and soliciting picks of young boys and girls.
But...I digress.
My point is, if you have an issue with a member posting your pic on their page, at least try contacting them to resolve the problem BEFORE sending them to the Star Chamber for deletion. It just seems like the "adult" thing to do.
"No guidelines. If you do not have any common sense you should not participate here! If you "freeze" deletion of something really important like...."
I seem to recall admin saying something about internet pictures posted by new members and to the best of my recollection, it was about beginning their relationship with SYD/SYC by posting internet pics was like starting a relationship in a deceptive manner. And that's why I don't cut any slack for new members.

@ Bella,,,I also believe that everyone, deserves the chance to remove the offensive material within a 2 week delay before deletion from site. Of course, anything that is totally unlawful (**** sex, ****, etc) should be grounds for immediate member deletion.
Just a little bit of "history", I was dubbed the "Defender of Fakes" because of my views and voting. Previously, it was almost a guarantee that anyone referred to the Evaluation Panel would be deleted but more lenient minded members began to get involved in deletion policies and now we have a "freeze" button in order to contact the referred member to request that they edit their gallery to remove the internet picture(s).
Getting back to the essence of my initial post was to determine how members felt which segued into how do we implement a "second chance" just who should be designated to reach out and ask the offending member to remove the "questionable" picture. Life is full of people that want to see things happen as long as it doesn't involve them to any extent.
If a member has asked permission from a second member to post one of their photos on their page and the second member agrees that is fine. If however a members just posts other people photos without permission that is unacceptable.
So both of these issues, for me are unacceptable behaviour and are to the detriment of the site.
which is what I like very much about SYD/SYC...
1. The User's profile/gallery page ...that's where I post
my pics of me. Some of my pics show me with a partner,
that partner's face is blurred, blocked, or masked.
No need for me to post another member's pic in my gallery
unless a member asks me to tribute his pic and gives me
permission to post a pic in my gallery of me tributing him.
2. The Shrine... whatever thoughts and things I like about
a member, I post notes in the shrine for said member.
It's my way of letting said member know how much I
think of him and admire him.
3. The Favorites folder... if I really like a member's pic
I add it to my Favorites, and that is the only area where
I would keep a favorite pic of any given member.
With all due humble respects to everyone, I see no reason
for the need to post another's pic into one's profile.
Someone started a thread titled "Undiscovered Gems",
in which the topic was about profiles that may
have been rarely seen, overlooked, or yet
to be discovered.
I thought that was a nice way to bring visitors to
someone's page by way of their page link.
Whether or not an undiscovered member wants the attention
I don't know, but I treat that situation respectfully.
We all love to be admired, and we all enjoy viewers
visiting our pages.
By all means, come visit, view, and leave comments
or at least say Hi. We love it!
We're all here to show off our goods, and by visiting
members pages it's our humble way of saying
"Thanks for sharing!"...
Hi Everyone!
