If there actually was a meeting between Joe Biden and Vadym Pozharskyi, that could be illegal, because Biden was vice-president at that time.
But Joe Biden is president now. When Trump was accused of doing the same (while being president, not vice-president), Republicans argued you can't indict a sitting president. So, it will have to wait until after the presidency of Joe Biden.
Biden could pardon his own son if he wanted, but only Republicans can get away with something that obviously corrupt.

IF biden was getting 10%,we need to find records of it, if there are none, so be it, but if there is records to find, they need to be exposed, and investigated.
Hunter could be accused of criminal intent to corrupt a government official, but if their is NO reply of the "big guy" saying "I want 10%", but there is an email saying that his guy refused the offer, that absolves Joe Biden.

At the current rate, Biden has a slim chance to win in 2024 against most Republican candidates. Maybe if the candidate is Trump or an even crazier extremist, people might come out to vote AGAINST that critical threat to democracy AGAIN or maybe they are so disillusioned with the Democrats again that they say "fuck you, fuck America, fuck the world, let it go down the drain!" and don't show up. The transported oil is a filthy thick sludge, that is hard to refine, from the tar sands. That filthy goop is hardly affecting your energy capacity and canceling nor building that pipeline will hardly affect any energy prices.

They are swimming in the stuff and don't know what to do with it.
