The British Journal of Urology International (BJUI) performed a study of more than 15,000 men to determine the average penis size. Entitled “Am I normal? A systematic review and construction of nomograms for flaccid and erect penis length and circumference in up to 15 521 men” we help put to rest the question of what really is a normal penis size.
The researchers reviewed studies on penis size and compiled the results. All studies had to include measurement of penis size by a health professional using a standard procedure, patients had to be at least 17 years of age, and a minimum of 50 participants per sample, to be included in their review. More than 20 studies were included in the review. It was their hope that by bringing these average measurements to light, they could be used to help counsel men in clinical and therapeutic settings.
The review uncovered the following:
-Average erect penis length was found to be just over 13 centimeters (approximately 5 inches).
-Average flaccid penis length was found to be 9.16 centimeters (approximately 3.6 inches).
-Average erect girth was found to be 11.66 centimeters (4.59 inches).
-Average flaccid girth was found to be 9.31 centimeters (3.66 inches).
-There was only a weak association found between penis length and foot size.
-Studies found some correlation between height and flaccid and erect penis length.
-Results, however, were inconclusive when it came to a correlation between penis size and finger length or testicular volume (ball size).
-Interestingly, it was found only 5% of men have an erect penis length greater than 16 centimeters (6.3 inches).
Regretfully, the researchers were unable to answer the debate about whether or not penis size can be correlated to race. Lynn suggests that penis length and girth are greatest in Negroids (sub-Saharan Africans), intermediate in Caucasoids (Europeans, South Asians and North African), and smallest in Mongoloids (East Asians). However, the researchers weren’t able to use this study in their review, because much of this data was self-reported, as opposed to gathered by medical professionals.

Man, is this a dream job or what! Can you imagine reporting to work, punching the clock and spending your work day examining and measuring dicks?
That's when it really becomes a dream job. If your job is to measure erect penises and you come across one that is not erect, then you must do what needs to be done to get it that way. Nothing is off the table, be it hands, fingers, lips and tongue. Purely for the sake of scientific research.

Oddly, I've found that a lot of guys don't want to believe it. Rather than believe good science - they'd rather trust Internet myth, polls that rely on self-reported measurements, and heavily-edited pics that suggest 7-8" is normal. WTF is up with that??
Mine's statistically a bit on the short side when soft, but it's average in girth @ 2.5" x 3.5". When erect, it's a bit longer & slightly thicker than average @ ~5.75" x 4.75". Definitely a "grower".
One of my boyhood friends had very large balls (esp. for his age) but also a very small penis. How that changed as he became an adult, I do not know.
But when I was younger i used to hear women talk about how they needed big 9 incher's to satisfy them and I guess hearing that so much I kinda derived from it I was small.

End to end how many miles of cock would that be?
Sadly a full 35% are 5" or less! (12.7cm)
and only 5% are over 6 -1/4"
