Totally hairless from the neck down for three reasons:

The way it feels. It just plain feels good. And sex when hairless, especially with another hairless person, is in a whole different dimension. The skin to skin contact without hair is heaven.

The way it looks. I like the hairless look, but this is very subjective and I know that everyone does not.

The way it makes me feel about myself. I like being nude and I especially like being nude in social situations. Being hairless is a way to be even more nude. It's a way to uncover that last bit of skin.

But it's high maintenance. So I went with the permanent solution and had all hair from the neck down removed with a laser.

First of all, I'm sorry it has taken me two weeks to reply, but I was away on vacation.

OK, here goes. (Again! I had typed out a reply on 7/23, but the system locked up and it was lost.)

About fifteen years ago I had six professional sessions. One on my chest (it was not very hairy); two on my underarms (again, not as hairy as most men); and three on my pubic region (by that I mean from just above my navel where the hair began, down and around to just above my butt hole). I paid $1500 for these six sessions. Most people require multiple sessions for complete removal, some as many as six to the same area.

I was totally hairless for about eight or ten months and then regrowth began. This is normal. It wasn't much, only a few hairs at first. Even at its maximum it was only about five percent of the hair I had before the sessions. I should also add that this regrowth was softer and finer that what had been there originally.

Since then, home hair removal devices have come to market and the professional hair removal places have virtually disappeared. I have a Silk'n Flash & Go hair remover. I paid $200 for this device at Bed Bath & Beyond. Ray10754 tipped me to this device and he even has a photo of his on his page and on his comment on this very Forum topic.

If you want to just reduce the amount of hair you have, or to go completely hairless, go for it. It's fun and it feels good.

I know what you mean. Back in the days when I shaved, the next day wasn't bad. Indeed, it was about the same as shave day. On the second day, stubble was noticeable but still not bad. By the third day it was becoming unpleasant.

Started shaving my lower parts many years ago and loved how it felt, about three years ago I decided to shave it all off and see how it felt, I liked it so much I decided to keep it all nice and smooth even though It is very high maintance.

Recently purchased my own home lazor hair remover! Best thing I could have done!! On my third treatment and the results are excelent,It will take several more treatments to be totaly HAIR FREE but, I have gone from shaving every day to every other day and still being smmoth. I shave every thing from the neck down front and rear,( I need to find help to reach the center of my back though) till I do I am able to keep it Shaved with a razor that I connected t a back scratcher. Shaving took me about 30 min to complete every day, the Lazor takes about the same time now that I have got the system down to a science! Never going back to having a hairy body!! Well worth the investment for those that love being hairless!!
