I have been restoring for over 10 years and masterbating is far more enjoyable. But for me the issue is personal choice. It should be illegal to modify a child’s body without consent. If at 18 someone wants it done, fine. It’s a business in the states and now not common in the U.K. if medical reasons exist there are procedures and meds that reduced the need for full circ.
