I've seen guys who hardly change in size from soft to hard. Mine changes a lot. My normal flaccid hang is anywhere from 2.5-3 inches but I can often be quite tiny if I'm really cold. Anywhere down to 1-1.5 inches. When I'm fully hard I'm almost 7 inches
