I'd say it's young but definitely not a unique case. Personally I started puberty sometime during my 5th grade school year which would make me 10-11 I don't remember exactly. I do know that during summer vacation between 5th & 6th grade I already had a pretty full bush, my armpit hair was just starting to sprout and I shot my first load. It's VERY young, but not unheard of.

I guess I started at age 13. That's when my dick grew to man size, and it happened very quickly, within a couple of months.
