An "aubergine" IS an eggplant.
Vegetables? Never been much of a vegetable guy. Corn is probably my go-to. Fresh green beans with garlic. Pretty tasty. I was a weird kid that liked Lima beans though.

I am a really big fan of frozen blueberries. By themselves, in ice cream, in cereal. Pretty top notch stuff. Apples are good in their season, but blueberries are my favorite.
