I have a short foreskin but it can cover the glans if it is very cold. When I was younger, it would normally be about half way down the glans when soft. Sometimes it stays right back if I am warm or having certain thoughts! The advantage of a short foreskin (to me) is that I can wank my cock with it up or down; if down, then I usually use lube.
