IF your health is dependent upon your diet, it’s a no brainer, you gots to change the way you eat! Think about it, don’t YOU want to be in control of your health and wellbeing rather than relying on a bunch of pills?

That’s great, a basic salad however you could add steak, chicken, pork ( the other white meat) or fish, tuna or fresh……

Me, I like my salads all dolled up! Depending on what I have I will add chick peas, green peppers, pepperoncini, jalapeño, crumbled bacon, eggs, cottage cheese, apples, mandarin oranges all sorts of yummy stuff!
