Am I the only guy this happens to? I’ll be soft and out of no where feel this weird urge and then involuntarily ejaculate semen. Usually about a teaspoon amount. It happens 2-3x per week and I masturbate and have sex regularly.. should I see a doctor? I am 27 years old.
