It was widely reported that he had passed when in fact he hadn't. His daughter denied it and freaked out that his death was reported. CBS reported his death then retracted it.
As of now, Oct 2, 10:45 MST, he is knocking on heaven's door but it hasn't opened.
If ever the music industry needed a miracle, now is the time for one. Don't Back Down Tom!! :x
