First off you're not ugly.

I would just be patient and you will find friends to talk to.

If you haven't already leave some positive comments on pictures of members you really like. Post greetings on members profile pages, or favorite pics.

See if you share the same interests as another member. If you know from their blog a member likes skydiving and you do too, strike a conversation about that.

So check out members blogs and see what you can find.

Getting people to talk can be hardwork sometimes...depends which sex you are trying to get to talk....
I speak to very few of the women on here despite trying conversations ... women seem a little more reserved than the guys...not all women ...but certainly a lot
