This isn't one of my guilty pleasures but how about this for a weird food combination. Many years ago when I worked in a crummy office, when the coffee came round at 11 a.m., this woman in our department used to take from her bag a cheese roll and then stick a bar of Cadbury's Flake chocolate in it. Ugh! Cheese and pineapple is delicious but cheese and chocolate? I don't think so but then we're all different, of course

I am going to have to disagree with you on this one, routemaster. Although your office mate's approach sounds like over-kill, a nice, sharp, salty cheese is a great counterpoint to a sweet milk chocolate.

Many may claim its "old hat" but I LOVE listening to the BIG BANDS of the 1920s and 30s, Jack Hylton, Ray Noble and the singer Al Bowlly, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Also 1930s and 40s girl groups like the Boswell Sisters and the Andrews Sisters too, I defy anyone not to want to get up and dance to "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy". And I LOVE musicals too, "South Pacific" is my favourite, got so MANY fine songs ("A Wonderful Guy" is the best, its just so joyous but they're all great) but then you can't go wrong with Rodgers & Hammerstein. I don't think its a guilty pleasure but many might, I'm also a railway, bus and tram enthusiast and I LOVE reading crime novels too.
