(2) If yes, is this not dangerous, how is it evacuated?

Years ago I heard that the origin of the term "blow job" comes from the man blowing his load. So if the cocksucker sucks but the man doesn't climax, that is he doesn't "blow his load", there may have been cocksucking but there wasn't a blow job.
