Hello World.
HERE will be the NEW HOME of all the strange and odd things I have feelings about. You could consider this, Phart's Brain Farts regarding world or local news.
There will be freedom of speech here.Just don't violate someone elses.

Really now? Well what is really despicable is the mess at the border with folks coming in willy nilly bringing their dope and their virus's and diseases we have eradicated decades ago. Instead of putting all your air into denying it, PROVE THE THEORY WRONG.
There is overwhelming evidence of a problem brewing, and unless democrats can gain from it,they would be otherwise trying to stop it.

The left creates a problem and then expects the rest of the world to cope with the results.
Yes sir No sir is the way you address the folks higher than you in the military. it has been that way for decades.
NO need for change and confusion.

I agree with stopping to address drill instructors as "ma'am" or "sir".
They have a rank, address them as such.

Why is acknowledging someones sex/gender a sign of respect?
It's not an accomplishment to be male or female.

I don't give a fuck about how things 'has been that way for decades'.
That's only an argument that works on conservatives. You dislike all change.
By biggg [Ignore] 04,Jan,23 17:14 other posts
Seem to remember, NCO´s were always addressed by the rank eg Sergeant, Gunny, Senior etc. This would appear to be an officer thing

In an interview with the Financial Times published Thursday, 93-year-old Bernie Marcus said "nobody works, nobody gives a damn," blaming the change on "socialism."

Gee imagine that? A wealthy educated man that started his own business saying the same thing I and many others have been for a long time.
I had never read about this guy but he seems like he understands a bit better than most.
I can't imagine starting a business today and having any hopes of it being successful with the type labor that is available .

People will say this guy is bad ,this guy is wrong ,he is evil, is greedy, he is a Martian, whatever,
The simple fact is he is successful and the complainers AINT and they are simply jealous and angry they can't take none of the rewards for his risk taking and hard work .
By Ananas2xLekker [Ignore] 30,Dec,22 03:48 other posts
Nobody works anymore because of socialism? Is he talking about America?

I would say, just by this comment, he's ignorant. He grew up in another time, when education was cheap and less required to be given any chances to improve yourself.
Just read his history; if his parents hadn't moved to a better neighborhood, he would have ended up as a criminal. I'm sure he worked hard, but in his time working hard could still amount to anything. He also had a lot of luck, of which people need much more now than several decades before. Just because his hard work resulted in his wealth, there's only a slight chance that your hard work today will amount to the same. But you are correct about the risk taking. However, for every 10 people who are in any position to take a risk that results in any success, 9 fail. That doesn't mean he's better or smarter than the 9 who failed, he was just lucky.
The fact that he doesn't realize that, or at least he doesn't anymore at 93, is why I call him 'ignorant'. He might have had another opinion decades ago, but the culture of worshiping wealthy people in your country, has fed his narcissism.

I read more than 60 Americans have died due to freezing weather.
That's horrible. But what do you want Biden to do about it?

Cruz left for vacation while the electric companies were exploiting the misery of the people and adding financial problems on their suffering. He could have done something to manage the power shortages and stop the exploitation. But he doesn't care about his people, just blamed the Democrats for the failures of the independent Texas power system, and escaped the cold himself. Good that you understand that now.

There is no comparison between Cruz and Biden, but nice that Newsmax supports
Cruz's massive hypocrisy. What are Republican senators doing in their states to help people not to freeze to death? Handing out cups of hot cacao? Or not even that?

Micromanaging power is a state job. Introducing laws and passing laws is a national job and the president just has to be available to support and sign. What laws do you want Biden top support and sign, to prevents people from freezing to death in cold weather?
I'm sure you can come up with some nonsense that ignores global energy shortages
and climate change.
By phart [Ignore] 29,Dec,22 09:44 other posts
Imagery? It does not look good to see the "leader" leave when things are bad.
He could have stayed in washington and at least sounded like he gave a damn. THat is the hypocrisy. Cruz left town, everyone cried foul, biden leaves town and "oh that's ok". BUllshit.
as for what he can do,declare a state of emergency and send federal resources to deal with the problems.
By Ananas2xLekker [Ignore] 29,Dec,22 10:40 other posts
You really see the president as the national mascot, don't you?
I don't give a fuck about our prime minister showing sympathy.
When he does that, I think "Sure, now go and fix all the problems you caused!".

Cruz didn't do his job, of fixing the problem. No one gives a fuck about his sympathy.
There is no job fixing the problem for Biden to do. And no one gives a fuck about his sympathy either. At least, not people who care about the government solving problems.
Which is not you, you just want a clown, spouting nonsense that you like.

Besides, if it was OK, then why is all of right-wing media crying about it?

Old but still a issue. Just because it's legal, doesn't mean it won't kill you. May be that is the best idea, let the degenerate dopehead bastards kill themselves.

I couldn't read it all because you had to sign in, but legal or not, if one chooses to take drugs and they die from an overdose, it's their own fault. They're responsible for whatever they put in their own bodies.

Thats odd as the page came up while browsing msn news I just copied the link.
It is synthetic drugs that people can make, and when they become popular and the law bans them, they just change the formula slightly to make it "legal" again and go back to selling it.

And interestingly, the only person they would allow from America was a gentleman named Peter Daszak, who was with EcoHealth Alliance, who was getting NIH [National Institutes of Health] funding, and then working with the Chinese on coronavirus-type of research."

Uh, again, starting to look like vindication for people saying the wuhan virus was a bio weapon run amuck.

What else did the government do us using social media?
When republicans said we were being lied to and misslead, the democrats said no.
Well evidence is starting to indicate otherwise.I hope they can start pinning NAMES to these things.

"Zweig said Twitter "did suppress views — many from doctors and scientific experts — that conflicted with the official positions of the White House. As a result, legitimate findings and questions that would have expanded the public debate went missing."

Censorship 101 is it not?

What does censorship mean in simple words?
Censorship, the suppression of words, images, or ideas that are "offensive," happens whenever some people succeed in imposing their personal political or moral values on others. Censorship can be carried out by the government as well as private pressure groups.

We read and hear the word socialist all the time.
Berine sanders and Aoc claim to be democratic socialist

I decided to see for myself how the "socialist" used to think and operate.
The Socialist in germany in the 30's gave us color television, improved transportation and jobs for the citizens.
Are these the same goals of todays socialist?
In 2076 can the world look back in history and see similar big improvements to human kind like these or we will see
mutilated humans trying to be something they are not and a broken, war mongering world?

In posting this I am in no way supporting what was done to the Jewish people, that was horrible and criminal and hopefully will never be repeated for any reason.
I am trying to demonstrate to those that claim to be socialist why that title is something they should be careful using,as it has a bad history.

I would love to meet the knot heads that voted for Warnock. Really, does anyone think the way these ignorant knot heads think.
By #610414 07,Dec,22 08:28
Those "knot heads" need to be applauded for, if nothing else, keeping an ignorant, selfish, and dishonest person from becoming a Congressional representative for the Great State of Georgia. Anyone, anyone, who believes Walker should have won should hide his/her face from the public. The shame, the shame, oh, the shame.
By #610414 08,Dec,22 15:31
Update, even hard line Repuckers are expressing a sigh of relief that Walker lost. I moved from Georgia a few years ago, so I don't know much about Warnock, but, Walker is a true blue idiot. If I was voting in the Georgia election, I would have penciled in Mickey Mouse. Walker is the type of walking disaster some men are unlucky to be.
By phart [Ignore] 08,Dec,22 18:40 other posts
But yet again. basically 50% of that district has no representation.
Was a foot ball player the best choice? I must admit with the brain injury's some experience during their careers maby not .But i think the people of georgia will feel more pain than pleasure in the long term.
By #610414 08,Dec,22 19:00
You are not seeing the big picture. Georgians will have 100% representation. You don't think that when Warnock votes on a bill or brings up a bill he will say, "Only the Georgians that voted for me will be able to take advantage of it"?
Every district will have representation.
By phart [Ignore] 08,Dec,22 19:05 other posts
How, he is a democrat, how can he represent conservatives? and do what is in their best interest? He will be working for democrat ideas ,not conservative ideas. Half the people are without.
By #610414 09,Dec,22 08:57
Phart, the best interest for conservatives doesn't have to come from conservatives. This is a concept that, lately, seems hard for you conservatives to understand. When a person is elected to office, he is there to do the best for everyone, regardless of his personal beliefs or views. The idea that the country has to be strong and a good place to live is something every Congressional representative wants to do. Partisan politics is mostly practiced by the Republicans.
By phart [Ignore] 09,Dec,22 11:11 other posts
Step away from the fumes, get a breath of fresh air and look around. the ideas you speak of in reference to a democrat doing what is best for all, is a pipe dream.
By #610414 09,Dec,22 13:02
And yet, there it is. You may not believe it because all you think about is that there's a nefarious intent to destroy the Republicans, but, we care, and much more than you Repuckers.
By tecsan [Ignore] 08,Dec,22 22:13 other posts
No doubt in most people's mind that Walker would have been the better choice.
By phart [Ignore] 08,Dec,22 22:46 other posts
in the election yes walker woulda been better but they could have found a stronger candidate.
Hopefully 2024 the lessons learned will help.

By #610414 09,Dec,22 11:35
He is like other famous people that hits it big in some sport or art form. The "adulation" goes to their head and makes them believe they have the answers to the problems of this world. Some may be up to the task (Reagan), but most should stay in their little world. This one should never have been allowed out of his cage.

because Trump is too stupid to embrace mail in voting...
By phart [Ignore] 21,Dec,22 11:28 other posts
No he is smart enough to understand the faults with that idea.
My mailman could see my ballot in the box with the flag up, that he is supposed to be trusted to take to the post office and throw it in his choice of 3 creeks while he crosses them.
Truck loads of freight are found along side rail road tracks and ditches along the hwy's and we are supposed to trust our constitutional right to vote to that kind of people? Hell no.

7.5 BILLION dollars in 1 year. And this video was made in 1980!!!!!!
a google search finds,
27,124,878,640.8 is the equalivent.
That is a pile of money to loose to fraud in any year.
A google search also shows,
Improper welfare payments, including welfare fraud and welfare abuse, are estimated to be 15.2% of all federal welfare payments. They total $161 billion in the fiscal year 2021.

can you imagine the harm these drugs could have caused? I am so glad it was caught but how much gets past them?
By #610414 11,Dec,22 10:10
Yes, and who knows. Something should be done about that. Maybe we could invade Latin America and take it over, then, the locals can hanle drug trafficking. Problem solved
By phart [Ignore] 11,Dec,22 13:16 other posts
Naw, just close the border and have 1 friggen gate for everything to come in. anywhere else, defend with force if need be,but protect our CITIZENS from this poison instead of kissing the ass's of drug dealers and illegals.

Easier said than done. Why do you think Trump's wall was seen as a failure by so many
By phart [Ignore] 11,Dec,22 13:48 other posts
They stopped it's construction then say it is not working. Kinda like building a car and forgetting the engine and claiming it won't go..
By #610414 11,Dec,22 16:39
Phart, even the places that were completed did not deterred the illegal flow. Walls are not meant to stop determined people from breaching it. Just look at the Great Wall of China. The Mongols routinely overran it. There are more effective, less costly ways to control the border
By phart [Ignore] 11,Dec,22 18:39 other posts
Yea, but neither of us would want those more effective and less costly ways because they are much less humane and noisy
,messy. Killing is no way to protect the border .make it secure from entry..
I would rather those folks just stayed home and put their efforts into making home a better place instead of coming here.
By #610414 11,Dec,22 19:24
No killing. Perhaps several rows of razor wire fencing and lots of sensors and CCTVs. Also, rapid response units every 25 miles. I don't know. Maybe, just maybe, we let them in under some form of parole so we can legally relocate them evenly to big cities
By phart [Ignore] 11,Dec,22 19:57 other posts
I have helped repair fencing that had some razor wire and you do NOT want anything you care about near it! OUCH!

In English, equality usually suggests fairness, equity, or the equitable; but what is equitable is often not to give people the same portions, but rather to give what is proportionate to the efforts of each.

By onthelose [Ignore] 05,Dec,22 23:00 other posts
It’s not over yet. There will be lawsuits about the thousands of people who wanted to vote but couldn’t because the machines didn’t work. At one polling place 650 people were in line at 7pm and only 150 got to vote. This is from a pol worker working at that polling place. They reduced the number of polling places from 550 to 230 why who knows.
By #610414 06,Dec,22 08:40
Where and when? I'm not being argumentative, just curious.

in reference to the number of polling places, most are manned by volunteers. So if you want more voting booths, volunteer to help run 1.
By #610414 07,Dec,22 08:30
Volunteering won't help. The state legislature has the last word on how many polling places there will be and manning them has nothing to do with it.
By phart [Ignore] 07,Dec,22 09:57 other posts
eh,I wouldn't bet the farm on that in some cases.

By phart [Ignore] 08,Dec,22 18:41 other posts
The reason I said something about volunteering is that is a growing problem in our area. getting man power to work the polls.
By #610414 11,Dec,22 10:12
I don't blame them. Having to deal with intimidators when not getting paid is not pleasant. Maybe, instead of volunteers they should hire for pay workers
