I use a surprisingly cheap "masturbation sleeve" made of clear silicon. ("Sue Johanson's Head Honcho" bought from Amazon.) It's an excellent alternate to using my hand, and it has a nice suction on the up-stroke. I tend to switch back and forth from the toy to the hand during the course of a long session (or just the toy for a quickie... it catches the cum for easy clean-up). When I'm near my orgasm and edging, just a little movement of the sleeve keeps me in the perfect zone.
