1. The defendant tecsan has a forum on this site, where members can comment.
2. The defendant has deleted some member's comments on his forum. This constitutes a violation of free speech
3. As a moderator the defendant has to allow all types of comments and not delete any.
4. Defendant only allowed comments that were favorable to him and deleted remarks he didn't like because of his political views.
JUDGE RuFino; Mr. tecsan, we have been checking your forum here and you have made your forum a political station of this site. Where is the democracy here when you don't allow others to comment because they don't favor your political views? Don't have forums if you disagree with others and then you delete their comments.

This Court declares the following statements to be true;
COUNT I. PROTECTING A CONVICTED FELON
1. The member/defendant #610414 has violated the rule 404 section 2B and states as follows; No members shall protect any convicted felons charged with a state felony.
2. The evidence shows the defendant is showing pictures of Woody58 a/k/a Charlie on her page. This is also a violation of rule 404. Section 2C states as follows; No convicted felons shall not display their pictures.
3. As per member Sir-Skittles shows evidence of convicted felon Woody58. See; /blogs/58010.html
4. This Court denounces any convicted felons being protected by another member.
Judge Pro-Temp Tomasina; CAT you are guilty of the above charge and you must remove any pictures from Woody58 from your page.
We are also hearing rumblings that she is being investigated for endangering other members of her family.
She has a cargo hauler attached to her piece of shit Nissan Rogue. This is being used to transport Charlie and Mongette in their wheelchairs. Not just the wheelchair, they are ridding on the cargo shelf! Barely strapped down!
