I believe there is a benefit to ban and delete some profiles but in the same token, some of the reasons, or lack of valid reason(s), submitted to ban a member are weak as well.

I have stated my concerns both publicly and privately, that in MY ESTIMATION, a good amount of the voting panel has no business voting. We don't have to agree but I feel that it is important to have and STATE your reason why a member should not be banned AND EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, why you agree with why a member should be booted from the site.
