Seems like some dudes especially cut ones have their skin real tight so you kinda need lube if you stroke 'em, and then others have plenty of extra skin to slide back and forth on the shaft. I like the extra skin for sure and probably have medium amount of movable skin and slide some of that (a softer surface than my fingers touching directly) up against the ridge of the glans and i precum a lot so my glans gets a lot of just the right kind of contact when i'm -ing.
