He has returned.
That certainly suggests the image was fake and the member knew that fact as the group guidelines are clearly displayed. Those guidelines are simple and clear.

Also I wrote to the member advising him to delete the image, the message was seen but ignored. Subsequently the review panel acted accordingly.
Trust this clarifies the matter.
If you want the fakes to over-run this website as is clearly the case going by your comments both here and on the review page then I can easily suggest to the panel to abstain from voting as happening some months back with that despicable event involving Daffu. In the period the fakes had free reign.
Otherwise put a case to the webmaster and have me kicked off SYD.
Also I do NOT run the review panel and if the truth be known I have saved numerous accounts but unlike you I do not have an agenda nor do I need to prove anything.
The guidelines were set by admin, weren't they? Unless the abuse is GRAVE.... 3 hours is NOT enough time to allow a member to comply. JohnS, why do you have almost 30,000 points? It's not because you're a diamond or premium paid member. You don't buy points and you certainly do not gift your 'friends'. You receive those points daily from admin for running the evaluation panel. You are the ONLY member that has been allowed to accrue that amount of points.
By the way, suggesting that I have an agenda is totally untrue. Also, suggesting that I want the site over run with fakes, is also untrue. There's no need for me or anyone to contact the webmaster to have the you 'kicked off'. There's a place for you on this site, but not being in charge of the evaluation panel.
Apparently JohnS is not going to address why it is that he receives daily points from admin without paying for them.
Also, he does not have any privileged rights on the site. He can't delete anything by himself, his votes are not any different from other members. If I wanted, I could simply give him an ability to delete members or pics without any consult. Such ability was built in the system and I gave it couple of times at the beginning of the site, but those members long gone and it had proven to be rather useless. I prefer that several members verify each other, this way there are less grounds for abuse of power. And that's why the reports pass through the panel instead of going to dedicated moderators.

Friendships, plus Mr S has been criticized for having the points and should use them, but not one person who has been critical has ever suggested how he should do so.
