No, quite a large proportion of men have some degree of curvature but that in itself is NOT Pyrones disease which is a curve, bend or bump caused by a local growth of fibrous material similar to scar tissue......

....The man in the pic above looks like he was always that shape.....And he does not have hypospadias either as far as I can see.

The proper term is "hypospadias". You can find out more info if you search on that term in Wikipedia.
