Get waxed at a studio dude it gets all the hair,it last for about two months and you stay smooth and clean. Using a triple blade razor, I actually dry shave my balls and around the base of my cock. Everywhere else I use shaving cream.

Crotch shaving is indeed high maintenance but it's fun to be hairless. I did it for years until I opted for the permanent solution and had all my hair permanently removed with a laser.
