saline injection????????

I've seen several pics with guys injecting saline into their ball sacks, I don't get it what's it feel like and what happens to the saline does your body absorbe it???

When you infuse your ball sack with saline, it will become big round and heavy like a waterball. This doesn't hurt. When your body absorb the saline your sack is going back to normal shape, which doesn't hurt, too.
