Here's a winner recepie...pinneapple for sweetness, soy lecitin to increase volime, and zing to increase thickness. I've tried it, and it really works. just include those on your diet for a month or so and you'll see.

Yeah I do drink a ton of a water every day, I do believe it is my shitty diet though. I'm all up for eating better I just won't ever shed the turkey, steak and hamburger though.

Ever have a good sniffin time, and then wonder why your co-workers are looking at your nose oddly all day? I was all happy with my new mr sketch markers the other day, but a little to happy.
