My curved barbell is 3/4 length and 0 gauge I find that for my piercing that is the most comfortable, A word of advice when purchasing a curved barbell! be aware of how much you pienis expands when erect as if the barbell is to short it will be uncomfortable untill the erection goes down again,If you have a piercer ask them for the proper fitting
