if someone sleeps nude and doesnt have much covering them with another guy in the room then they obviously don't care if someone else see's them or their tackle. the creepiness depends on the reaction if he observes you watching him. it could be a ploy to engage in something. on the other hand he may just be extremely niaive in which case you should not take advantage. if you watch him every night then you need to go and get yourself laid!! that's not healthy.
