There's something about the widely used term 'mature woman' in the porn/sex world that always got me intriqued. The reason is because it is a tautology in itself. The term woman alone implies that the individual meant is mature already. We differenciate between boy/girl and man/woman to name one's state of physical maturity. Hence saying you wanna date a woman per definition means you want her to be 'mature'.

It's silly how the sex industry put labels on things, acts and people just for the sake of labeling.
