17 cm minus 4 cm = 13 cm.

13 cm soft... and you have to STRETCH it for 13 cm soft..??? mine is 14 cm soft walking out of the atlantic ocean!

well you aint 9inches.try measuring you cock from the base and not with the tape measure stuck an inch into your groin.also try to measure it when it is not being strecheted to its limit as you will get a mor acurate measurement.by the looks of the two pictures at the top of your page i would say more 6-7inchs and not 9.
