About a year ago I used it to “trim” up my original circumcision. As painful as it sounds, it was actually very easy. The only pain was the initial “clamping” of the device on the foreskin that I wanted to remove. I then wore it for about 5 or 6 days, and the unwanted foreskin just dies (from lack of **** supply) and falls off. I can honestly say I now for the first time in my life I feel very good about my cock. I know it’s not for everyone but a tight circumcised cock works out the best for me.

But remove the prepuce frenulum (frenulectomy) I can only recommend. Remove the frenulum is the way frenulectomy. The advantages are:
First The foreskin can be pulled further back, this is a major hub for the possible and masturbation, the foreskin is more flexible.
Second The penis looks better, because the foreskin can almost pull it back without wrinkles, the penis is drawn crooked.
Third The penis can be kept clean much better.
I have the frenulum completely removed even with three interventions. But each also makes the urologist, but one should not let himself be persuaded to extend the frenulum, or cut like, all nonsense, the frenulum and ready.
In the absence of frenulum, the foreskin is always where you want them to say it does not slide back over the glans of their own (glans).
