Deleted friends list

For some reason my entire friends list was deleted over the weekend & I don't know how or why. Can anyone help explain? If I am one of your friends please don't delete me, just let me know and I can re add you

Bad thing is, as I've found out, if you delete someone, you can't add them back, unless you delete someone else. That 100 rule is now policy. So, don't delete anyone your own self.

Interesting - I've hardly ever been deleted from anyone's list now today I've been deleted off 4 members lists. Is it something I've said? Maybe it's the server is getting overloaded and is having to shed some data.
