i have had this problem for a few days now, so i wrote to the admin, and here's the reply i got :

quote 'Well, it's automatic. If you flag pics no one else flags your "trust rating" is automatically diminishes. So make sure you flag only those pics that are OBVIOUSLY not in the correct category'

not very helpful, huh ?

I evaluate dozens of wrong category pics a day, haven't seen a single point in weeks.
I'm giving my time & bandwidth (I have to pay per megabyte) to support this site, & the little reward we got has vanished... if I click on points log it's now just a blank page.
That's it, I give up!

I dont bother but I suspect there were some that abused it just to boost points. I suspect Its purpose was to allow all members to act as moderaters
