In a recent poll, members here are being asked about the number of their sex partners. There have been 24 votes so far but the results are surprising.

A quarter of the respondents have had more than 50 partners. Only two have had a number of partners between 8 and 50.

If the poll is unbiased, it suggests that people aren't being two honest.

By the strictest definition of "sex partner" (meaning any kind of sexual activity whatsoever), I've been with exactly ten men in my lifetime. Only two of them were what I would consider to be lovers (my first boyfriend and my husband, of course).

My sexual attraction to men and their yummy parts is likely unparalleled; but when it comes to actual sexual activity, I'm just a one-man, monogamous kind of guy.
