Only do it if YOU want a piercing and not if anyone else wants you to have one.
But I have 4 piercings in my cock and 9 in my ball sac and I love them all. Most cock piercings are not as painful as guys think and usually they are done very quickly which minimizes pain. In my opinion they are worth getting as I found they have helped with better sensation during sex.
