Hmmmm....., there are so many inequities in this world relating to men and women. Women can wear slacks/trousers/pants to work yet I wonder if a man could get away with wearing a dress or skirt? I bet not. In the business world, women can wear sleevless tops, yet the dress code for men would be to have some type of sleeve covering their arm.
